Fox News Star Sean Hannity Buys Staggering $23.5 Million Florida Mega Mansion After Leaving New York

Not exactly a year after permanently leaving New York and moving to the Sunshine State, Fox News host Sean Hannity just bought a huge property in Florida.

Hannity is the buyer of a 12,378-square-foot, eight-bedroom, 10.5-bathroom, Mediterranean-style estate in Manalapan, Florida, just outside of Palm Beach, according to Realtor.com.

Highlights of the monolithic home, which is situated on almost two waterfront acres with 150 feet of direct ocean and intracoastal waterway frontage, include:

  • Sliding glass walls that afford spectacular natural light and views of the water.
  • Soaring high ceilings.
  • Seamless transitions from indoor to outdoor living.
  • An outdoor area that includes a heated, resort-like pool and spa, a large boat dock and casual dining area.
  • Multi-level terraces and balconies that afford even more outdoor lounging and dining options.
  • A guest house.
  • A large primary wing that houses the primary suite and bathrooms.

In 2021, Hannity bought a lavish Palm Beach townhouse, which he used as a holiday residence until January 2023, when he declared on his iHeartRadio program, The Sean Hannity Show, that he had moved to Florida full-time after threatening to leave New York State “for quite a while.”

With his latest acquisition, the anchor of Fox News’ Hannity is further establishing himself in Florida, where Brett Baier, another Fox News personality, resides and has a sizable home.
