A man has been charged with multiple offenses, including rape of a child, by the Pennsylvania State Police after a victim came forward with information about the incident.
Warren Schelhaus, who is forty years old, has been charged with rape of a child, statutory sexual assault, aggravated incident attack of a child, sexual assault, and indecent assault of a person who is younger than thirteen years old, according to the charges that have been filed against him in the court records.
Schelhaus allegedly sexually assaulted the victim when she was within the age range of five to seven years old, as stated in the statement of probable cause per fox43.
