VOTE NOW: Choose Your Top 10 Country Songs of 2024 [Poll]

We’re preparing for the 2024 Big BKR Smackdown here at The Country Station, 92.5 WBKR. You can vote for your favorite country songs of the year in our yearly online and on-air event. The Billboard Country Airplay Chart is reached by ThinkMarch Madness. The 64 most well-known country songs from 2024 will be included in a massive tournament bracket. That bracket and those head-to-head outcomes will then be broadcast on Monday, December 30th.

At WBKR, we’ve been ending the year this way for more than ten years, and this tradition is continuing with what looks to be a fierce competition for first place in 2024. Lainey Wilson and Jelly Roll won first place with this last year!

Here is a list of all of our previous winners:

God sent me you in 2011—Blake Shirley

2012: Little Big Town in Pontoon

DRINK A BEER by Luke Bryan (2013)

LUKE BRYAN, ROLLER COASTER, 2014

GIRL CRUSH: LITTLE BIG TOWN (2015)

HUMBLE AND KIND: TIM MCGRAW (2016)

In case you were unaware, Brett Young

2018: LUKE COMBS: SHE OVERTOok ME

2020: LUKE COMBS: BETTER TOGETHER

2021: Morgan Wallen’s “Sand in my boots”

TIL YOU CAN’T: CODY JOHNSON, 2022

This year, who will take the crown?

On December 30, Dave Spencer and I will present the Big BKR Smackdown, starting at 7 a.m. CST. You will be able to vote in real time for the songs you think are the best of the year. After everything is said and done, your votes will have reduced our bracket of 64 well-known country songs to just one—the winner! 2024’s top country song.
