At Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, this character takes part in the “Once Upon a Christmas Time” parade. As people from all over the world fall in love with his snarky attitude, videos of him interacting with visitors at Disney World have gone viral.
Santa’s elves, in my opinion, are portrayed as all being joyous and content, but like people, they can have a variety of personalities. If Tally happens to see you during the parade, he will approach you, ask for your name, most likely tease you in some way, and then look at his handy clipboard to see if you are on the good or naughty list.
