Music has a long and amazing history in Illinois. Fantastic bands, musicians, and places can be found throughout our state. Chicago hosted some of the most famous performances in history. Concertgoers come here from all around the world.

Illinois is home to some of the world’s top concert venues, such as Wrigley Field and the Aragon Ballroom. In recent years, a new one has emerged on the scene. That’s Chicago’s Salt Shed. Fans of music adore the venue for performances.

Legal marijuana use for recreational purposes is another reason Illinois has gained notoriety. In order to avoid hassles, visitors travel to our state specifically for cannabis. Due to its popularity, dispensaries are opening up all throughout the state.

Many concertgoers enjoy using cannabis in addition to live music. They usually bring their own marijuana, or BYOW. They may occasionally forget or even run out, but the item isn’t sold at the location. Until now, that is.

A new element has been introduced to The Salt Shed’s venue. They have partnered with a nearby dispensary to sell cannabis at performances. I think this will be a huge hit with the fans.
