NYPD Releases Video of Suspect in Sexual Assault of 13-year-old Girl at NYC Park

Last week, a girl of thirteen years old was allegedly sexually abused in a park in Queens, and the police have published footage and photographs of a person who is suspected of being a predator.

The video and photographs that were shared on social media by the New York Police Department (NYPD) show that the young man was observed riding a bicycle on a sidewalk.

The girl, who was 13 years old at the time, was at Kissena Park in Flushing Meadows with a boy who was also 13 years old when the attacker pulled out a blade that resembled a machete and ordered the two of them to go to a more remote area of the park, according to the police. Chief of Detectives Joseph Kenny of the New York Police Department stated in the past that the creep bound their hands with shoelaces and sexually assaulted the teenage girl.

According to the authorities, he then snatched the phones of both of the teenagers and instructed them to remain there for twenty minutes after he had departed.

Following the horrible event that took place in the 235-acre park, the children went back to their adjacent school and informed the teachers, who then phoned 911, according to the state police.

Kaz Daughtry, the Deputy Commissioner of Operations for the New York Police Department, wrote in a post on X, “New Yorkers, we need your help in tracking down this monster who held a child at knifepoint and sexually assaulted her in Kissena Park.”

“If you are familiar with him or if you come across him, please contact the New York Police Department at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) and assist in putting him where he should be: behind bars. Every call is made in complete secrecy. Let us demonstrate to him how New Yorkers work together to put an end to evil; he may be able to flee, but he cannot hide; we will find him.

It was earlier stated by law enforcement that the person suspected of committing the crime was a man with light skin who was in his 20s and had a significant Spanish accent. Additionally, he had a tattoo on the left side of his breast that depicted a boar or an animal similar to it with red eyes and red horns.

According to sources within law enforcement, investigators were able to confirm surveillance footage of the suspect’s location on 56th Avenue, which is located on the periphery of the park, several days after the terrible attack as per NYPOST.

Residents in the surrounding area are on edge as a result of the sexual assault, and as a result, there has been a noticeable increase in the number of police officers.

“Everyone is tense since the news because we all have small children that are playing here, and it happened in the day,” said Alankar Nagar, a father, in an interview with The Post over the weekend.

“You can nearly understand if it’s a case of the night, but it happened during the day when we are able to remind our children that they are free to play without restriction. It’s a terrifying experience.”
