Morgan Wallenwon will not appear in court this Thursday, December 12, as a grand jury will hear the case against him instead.
To forward the case, a hearing is planned for Tuesday, December 10.
The date update was reported in Wallen’s record check at the Davidson County Criminal Court database on Monday. The date has been rescheduled, and the purpose for his participation has been modified from “trial” to “review,” as previously mentioned.
The hearing will be presided over by Judge Jim Todd.
The matter will be sent to a Davidson County grand jury, which is scheduled to convene in January, according to WKRN-TVin Nashville.
