I’ve seen people who have reindeer antlers on top of their cars, red Rudolph noses on their grills, and even people who decorate their cars with Christmas lights. That made me ponder, then. Is it possible to cruise through Indiana in what is essentially a moving, illuminated Christmas tree?

Just because you observe someone doing something doesn’t guarantee that they’re abiding with the law. Keep that in mind when you claim, “I see it all the time, so it must be okay.” Many acts that aren’t necessarily legal are done by people, particularly on the roads.
