The Evansville Baby Bank is prepared to help, whether you are in need of money or have goods to offer.
As the holidays get near, it’s critical to consider what we can do to help others during this giving season. Throughout the year, my wife and I maintain a list of NGOs to which we make donations, and wherever possible, we try to give a bit more over the holidays. I tell this to encourage you to give to causes that are important to you, not to brag. The Evansville Baby Bank is one of many wonderful charity organizations in our community that go above and beyond for individuals in need.
A nonprofit organization called the Evansville Baby Bank works to give away free baby and toddler supplies to anyone in the Evansville area who are in need. Diapers, wipes, baby food, toys, clothing, and other items are among them. North Park Wesleyan Church, situated at 3360 N. First Avenue in Evansville, serves as the charity’s headquarters. On the first Sunday of each month, the bank is open to the public from 1 to 3 p.m. Central Time.
The flyer above makes clear that the organization depends entirely on donations, which is where you come in. The charity is currently in dire need of wipes, size 4 and 5 diapers, winter clothing for boys aged 12 months, and winter clothing for girls aged 3T. You can drop off donations under the church gym awning or right outside the Baby Bank entrance. You can find the organization on Facebook by clickingHERE to be informed about its future needs.
