This is a very recent shift, and the company recently announced the big news on social media.
What’s Next For The Old Retail Space?
A lease is available for the previous site off of North Burhardt Road. The leasing price is flexible, according to the website of SVN | The Martin Group. How amenable is it? In that community, a well-known brand would undoubtedly be required to cover the expenses. The open area has Buff City Soaps on one side and Chicken Salad Chick on the other.
