I am ashamed that I completely missed Guy Fieri’s recent filming in Indiana, even though I am the self-described biggest admirer of the actor (I have a tattoo to prove it). When the “Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives” film team enters a city, it’s typically kept under wraps until the restaurant owners give their permission to discuss it.
Diners, Drive-ins and Dives New Season
The Food Network’s “Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives” is now in its 51st season. That would mean that many local eateries would receive the Guyseal of approval, permanently altering their business. Only a few eateries in Indiana have been highlighted in all those years. The mayor of Flavortown is paying a little more attention to the Hoosier state this season.

Subito Indianapolis
I would assume that they specialize on subs given a name like Subito. However, Subito specializes in freshly produced salads, sandwiches, and soups. Pronounce it SUE-bee-toe, which is the Italian term for “immediately” or “right away.”Chuck Brezina, the owner and executive chef, and his staff are obviously ecstatic that the world will see their restaurant on “Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives.”
In Indianapolis, Indiana, Subito has two locations. Remember that they are only open until 3 p.m. Eastern time if you decide to make the trek.
