Cousins Maine Lobster Visiting Multiple Southern Indiana Hotspots

This month, the Cousins Maine Lobster Food Truck will make four stops in Southern Indiana as part of its return to the Hoosier State.

kin As the well-known food truck franchise spreads throughout the Midwest, you’re likely to hear the term Maine Lobster more and more these days. Jim Tselikis and Sabin Lomac, cousins, opened their first food truck in April 2012, launching the seafood brand. They later made an appearance on ABC’s Shark Tank, when they teamed up with Barbara Corcoran, the “Shark” and real estate tycoon. The company currently operates more than 60 trucks across the country, one of which is situated in Louisville, Kentucky. Southern Indiana will host that specific truck on January 8, 9, 10, and 27.

Cousins Maine Lobster Menu Offerings

Although I’ve never eaten anything from a Cousins Maine Lobster Food Truck, a lot of people I know would go to great lengths to sample the food. The food truck offers a variety of Maine-inspired delicacies, such as Lobster Tail, New England Clam Chowder, Lobster Bisque, and their well-known Maine Roll, which consists of chilled lobster with mayo. The truck also sells their famous Connecticut roll, which is served warm with butter and made with lobster.
