Married New Jersey TEACHER CHARGED With SEXUAL ASSAULT ON STUDENT

A married female teacher in New Jersey has been charged with sexual assault after claims of having sexual relations with a student surfaced.

Julie Rizzitello, 36, an educator, was arrested on Wednesday and charged with two counts of second-degree sexual assault, three counts of criminal sexual contact, and one count of witness tampering. She is accused of engaging in “various sexual acts” with an 18-year-old pupil in an affair that spanned three jurisdictions and included “multiple occasions” of meeting up.

She was charged with assaulting the students in Belmar, Brick, and Wall counties throughout the year. The couple allegedly had sexual relations in his car in Brick on May 14, and she later emailed him naked images, according to investigators. Rizzitello has already resigned from her position, according to an affidavit of probable cause acquired by NJ.com, Rizzitello and the student engaged in many sexual encounters between April and June 14.

An investigation discovered that Rizzitello, who married in 2017, is facing charges in both Monmouth and Ocean counties. The Monmouth County prosecutor’s Special Victims Unit and Wall police investigated the case, cooperating with the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office and the Brick Police Department.

Authorities are requesting anybody with information on Rizzitello’s activities to call Detective Jose Rodriguez of the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office at 800-533-7443 or Wall Detective Devin Corso at 732-449-4500. She is currently awaiting a court date in Monmouth County Superior Court to face her accusations.

This event follows the arrest of another teacher in New Jersey. Allison Havemann-Niedrach, 43, a special education teacher, was arrested on June 29.

She describes herself online as a ‘passionate’ instructor, but she has now been accused of sexually assaulting one of her Freehold Intermediate School students. The school only teaches pupils in sixth through eighth grade.

The Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office and the Freehold Police Department worked hard to arrest both teachers. The investigation found that she reportedly began sexually abusing a student earlier this year.

Given the student’s age and the nature of the case, details about how many times she allegedly sexually abused him or his age remain unknown as per themirror.

Havemann-Niedrach now faces one count of first-degree aggravated sexual assault and one count of second-degree child welfare endangerment. Her mugshot shows her smiling.
