A man from Worth County is said to have committed a sexual offense against a child, according to the allegations made by Cerro Gordo County.
Zackary Bodia Wagner, who is 23 years old and originates from Fertile, was taken into custody on Sunday and placed in the Cerro Gordo County Jail for the sexual exploitation of a child. The allegations against Wagner were brought against him on Sunday.
In January, Wagner was accused of sending films and images to a chat group on Instagram that displayed a live performance of a child engaged in a sexual behavior that is prohibited. Investigators are now gathering this material for their files.
Wagner is now being held in jail on a cash-only bond of $10,000. This bond is in effect at this time.
